Mid Island Floor & Decor Dept. is committed to partnering with you to achieve your home improvement goals.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your Mid Island Floor & Decor Dept. purchase, simply return the merchandise.
New, UNUSED OR DAMAGED merchandise can be refunded or exchanged with receipt within 30 days of the original purchase. All returns are subject to management approvals.
Returns with a valid proof of purchase will be exchanged, refunded in cash, credited to your account or refunded via in-store credit based on the original method of payment.
Returns Without Receipt
In most instances, your receipt can be retrieved by Mid Island Floor & Decor Dept.
Mid Island Floor & Decor Dept. requires a valid picture ID (driver’s license, state ID card or military ID) for returns without a receipt. The same identification provided for a return without receipt may be required to use an In-Store Credit for purchase. We may issue In-Store Credit for the item’s current selling price in our discretion. Mid Island Floor & Decor Dept. reserves the right to refuse and/or limit the number of returns without a valid receipt.

Return Policy
48-Hour Return Policy
- Return must be initiated with Mid Island Floor & Decor Dept. within 48 hours of the time of pickup at Mid Island Floor & Decor Dept.
Restocking Fee and Exceptions
All merchandise returned by customer discretion is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for arranging return of the products and coordinating with the store for returns.
In an event of an error by Mid Island Floor & Decor Dept. with the merchandise: wrong color, model, or product, Mid Island Floor & Decor will be responsible for pickup and delivery of corrected merchandise.
Nonrefundable Items
- ALL USED PRODUCTS WHICH INCLUDE DAMAGED, MODIFIED, CUT, BROKEN, TORN, SCRAPED, SCRATCHED OR ANY SIGN OF USEAGE OF PRODUCT.
